The Elevated Therapy Progressive Angel Meditation tape series
was created
to assist you in your spiritual journey. They were given to me in my
work
to help my clients and students establish a spiritual practice, learn
to
meditate, open up their energy centres, connect with their own angels
and
guides, and release the pain from their pasts and generate healing on
many
levels.
These tapes can do the same for you as a practical guide to working
with your angels to enrich your life. Simply follow the energy and
allow
your awareness to drift with my voice to establish a new form of
relationship
with your celestial companions - that of best friends. Whatever belief
you`ve previously held about them, applying what you`ll learn with
these
tapes will open you to a new way of being with their blessed
messages.
The tapes are meditative
and filled
with the tenderness, love, and wonderment of discovering a best friend
- known forever, but not seen in years.
Connecting with them is the next step in our evolution as a species
of conscious beings.
These
tapes are
a series and
it is recommended to start at tape one
"Genesis"
and work upwards to "Future Vision".
I
would not
suggest missing any of the tapes out in sequence for best results.
1)
Genesis:
This is a basic grounding meditation tape addressing the Chakra System
in the body. By paying attention to the particular chakras you drift
away
from, you may get an idea of the issues in your life and the areas in
your
subtle body that you are ready to explore and heal. This needs to be
done
before embarking on connecting with your angels.
2)
Blessed Release:
This is a realeasing exercise to release a particular aspect of the
ego that sometimes gets in the way of connecting with the angels. When
the ego is not nurtured by loving self-acceptance, it develops a
negative
edge that reflects feelings of unworthiness and self-criticism.
3)
Attunement:
A tape that has a body-focused visualisation and is designed to upgrade
your personal vibration, so that you can align yourself gradually with
the angelic frequency.
4)
Opening Your Wings:
A tape that shows you how to open your wings and awaken to the part
of yourself that is angelic.
5)
Divine Communication:
Feeling grounded, centered, connected and having released blockages
you are now ready for direct communication with your angel.
6)
Advancement:
Fine-Tuning the Angelic Connection. Working to move on and develop
the ability to refine and maintain a clear line of communication
whenever
and wherever you wish.

Helping you beam your thoughts out to your angel and feel your angel`s

anchor this angelic energy in the world (Mother Gaia) connecting us all
in harmony with the nature spirits.

Higher Connections:
Working with other angelic hierarchies and also working toward global
healing and harmony between humanity and all the life of Earth.

Developing work in the unfolding of the Divine Plan and realising you
are also a co-creator in a new reality. This future belongs to us all -
