The FULL DAY EFT training workshop in how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and accredited by the Association of Meridian Therapies. Lots of opportunity for practice, asking questions and having fun and leaving confident with it and inspired by it! EFT can be used to relieve negative emotions such as anxiety, guilt, anger, phobias, depression and cravings. It is simple to use and remarkably effective in bringing about lasting change. This Level 1 approved EFT training workshop will enable you to learn and use the basics of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for yourself, family and friends as a tool to resolve negative emotions such as anxiety, guilt, anger, phobias, depression and cravings. You will also be able to apply EFT to many physical symptoms as well.   The basic technique is fairly simple and can be learned fairly quickly, and it can be easily self-applied. It is an amazingly effective self-help tool that you can use to help improve your relationships, enhance performance and achieve your goals. The workshop is for EVERYONE but is very helpful and particularly dynamic for therapists who would like to add EFT to the existing therapies and ways of working that they practice and gain an EFT Level 1 Certification. They may then choose to progress on to Level 2: Practitioner Level in EFT and Level 3 MET. Since EFT is one of the easiest to learn and yet most effective applications available in the world today, it is an excellent technique for all therapists and health care workers to use on themselves and with their clients and patients.

This FULL DAY Approved EFT Workshop fully meets the (EFT Level 1) training criteria recommended by Gary Craig, the developer of EFT and you can be assured the information you receive are true EFT concepts and techniques. The workshop is designed to get you results!

Certification

Delegates completing the course will receive an EFT Level 1 certificate of completion.

You will be personally trained by Dr. Michael G Millett, the founder of Elevated Therapy and the first therapist in the UK and Ireland back in 1995 to be using these techniques. Michael is an experienced trainer, coach and therapist and he aims to give you a life-changing learning experience, while making sure you have fun, in a safe and comfortable environment. Michael is also responsible for the training of new trainers on behalf of the AMT.

Where & When?

Workshops are arranged in Grantham, Lincolnshire. NG31 9AA by appointment on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat. (One-On-One Tuition) with Michael in a tranquil home setting, or in small groups if you wish to arrange to bring a couple of friends or colleagues. The full day workshop commences at 10.00am and finishes before 5.00pm.

For those out of Grantham or the UK, Michael can also supply hotel details based near him in Grantham which is on the door-step. Restaurants and eating places are very close by. He supplies light beverages, biscuits and savouries etc. during the day. Trainees may also consider bringing a lunch with them particularly if they have special dietary requirements. In good weather, trainees are welcome to take their lunch and breaks in Michael`s garden and patio area.

Barbara and Rebecca came all the way from Portugal for my Meridian Energy Therapy Training in London in March, 2009. The EFT Full Day Workshop followed by the two days MET Practitioner Training. They are both psychotherapists in the Algarve in Portugal.

Cost:  The cost is £299 for one person or £250 each if two are attending or £200 each if three are attending this full day workshop programme.

A 50% deposit will need to be made once the appointment has been finalized and the balance is payable on the day at the end of the workshop.
The deposit and complete payment can be made by cash, a cheque with a bankers card and by credit or debit card which can be done on the phone with your credit or debit card when making the appointment (all major cards accepted) or UK residents can arrange to send a deposit cheque before the session. Non UK residents can pay the deposit over the phone through their credit or debit card when booking by phone or use PayPal.
The deposit and payment can also be made through the Elevated Shoppe.

Who is eligible?

The FULL DAY comprehensive workshop will benefit ALL and anyone to easily learn one of the most important healing tools I know. 
In fact, anyone prepared to learn and try out new methods for personal development especially therapists, counsellors and other health practitioners for personal use and introduction to their clients / patients will benefit enormously. However, it is not designed for anyone currently experiencing  psychiatric or serious emotional problems.
While the EFT process is similar for every issue, not every person responds the same way. Some get immediate relief while others require persistence. Some are enthusiastic about it while others are sceptical. They ask different questions and pose different problems. This is where the "art of delivery" comes in.

ELEVATED THERAPY ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATES for this workshop are given to all participants which is often appreciated by all as well as the Gary Craig EFT Level 1 Certificate.

Individual EFT sessions are available by phone too from the Therapy Line Service on this web site for only £45 per hour. This is a very efficient way to get expert treatment with EFT wherever you live, without the inconvenience and time it takes to travel. You can pay for sessions on-line in advance or by credit / debit card on the phone before we start the session.
