Whole Life Healing does all it says it does through a combination of direct contact with the unconscious mind, EFT ('a la Stephanie), breathwork, and muscle testing and healing visualizations as well as meridian therapy and spiritual healing. Synergistically combining the best of the rest, building on the essential qualities of EFT, BSFF and Hypnosis with a flow that is graceful, supportive and effective. It also has a strong spiritual component which can be used or not as you see fit for allowing, not forcing; for listening within and trusting; for the immense yet gentle power we're working with; and for knowing our connection to each other, and the Divine. The process itself teaches respect/appreciation for the amazing body/mind/spirit and connecting with your inner guidance and self-empowerment. WLH is a great compliment to hypnotherapy since it is specifically designed to remove blocks, issues, and perceived negatives, and it is a natural trance producer supporting the client to make an inner shift in consciousness as well as releasing energetic blocks. Whole Life Healing as an energy therapy is a little different than most. The process is slow and relaxing. And though the process itself is slow (it takes about 20 minutes), so that you can feel and appreciate each shift. However, there is nothing slow about the amount of healing that can take place in one session!
