I am a certified hypnotherapist, and I also do craniosacral therapy and Reiki, as well as esoteric healing. 
With hypnotherapy I work primarily with helping to resolve issues such as smoking, weight loss, phobias, and increasing confidence for such things as athletic performance or public speaking.  With craniosacral therapy I see many people who present with chronic pain, particularly back (upper and lower) and neck pain or migraine headaches, though the work is not limited to those particular issues.  I have also taught classes in Aromatherapy at two local  colleges.

In December 1999 you made a tape for me on the theme of 'self-worth'. 
I tried it a couple of times and gave up. For the last three weeks or so I have been 'climbing the walls' with stress even getting severe chest pain (not heart according to GP). About 10 days ago I started your tape again - it is doing wonders! Am also having holistic therapy with a good therapist!
About 11 years ago I tried to stop smoking - I lasted four days. 
Three months later I tried again and have not smoked since. I am a firm beleiver that there is a right time for everything - the right time for your tape is now! It's really excellent!

Greetings to all,
I would like to tell everyone how much Michael's tapes have helped me.

The first tape I tried was to stop smoking.
I listened to it for about ten days but still smoked, just not as much. 
Then I didn't listen to it for a few weeks and one day just simply decided to STOP and I did. As simple as that. I did one time light up but after one drag put it out. No guilt, just no desire anymore.
I stoppped on May 23, 2000 and am still a non- smoker!!!!!

The second tape was for weight reduction which I would listen to while falling asleep at night. Not only did it help my insomnia but I've lost 12 pounds in only seven weeks! I lost my desire for unhealthy foods too, no cravings, and have lots of energy. My blood pressure went from 148/92 to 112/70! It was so easy and effortless!
