in your life as appropriate depending of course on the reason for your
booked session and call. It may include goals and objectives

He'll talk about what's going on around you - problems/struggles, work
environment, home environment, stress, desires, needs as
appropriate. He can talk
about what Life Skills you have -- prioritizing, self management,
creativity, focus, distractions, motivation. He may talk
about
what habits you have that support you (values, self esteem, self care)
-- and what doesn't (tolerations, lack of
support) - again as appropriate given the reason for your
call.
Of
course, Michael`s work via the telephone
is more
than simply giving support and discussing problems, although support is
one of the foundations of his work. You will also discover and
use, with his help and advice, powerful tools that effect real change
in your
condition and/or circumstances. Obstacles to freedom or happiness
require awareness and deserve attention, focus and penetration and as a

It is very
easy to use. Having
Broadband / DSL is recommended, a microphone
and speakers are necessary too of course.
In order
to have quality audio, it would be wise to purchase a headset /
microphone that plugs into your computer rather than relying on your
computer's external speakers. The quality of the audio will of course
also be affected by the quality of the headset / microphone that you
purchase. Those that plug into the USB port on your computer probably
offer better quality sound, as USB connections will not slow down the
audio transmission from the internet to your computer (as some sound
cards might). Everything
is encrypted
by Skype before it is transmitted to the internet
and then automatically decrypted by the receiving
person's computer. In this way all communication is private
and confidential and cannot be intercepted.
